Originals and Commissions

Originals and Commissions are shipped worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated at the check-out when you buy an original, in case of a commission I will let you know beforehand how costly the shipping will be (you can find more information on commissions here).

Originals and commissions are packed in a clear sleeve, wrapped in a sheet of protective paper, and finally packed in a flat cardboard box to ensure their safety through transport. Originals can take 3-10 days to be shipped out, although I try to process every order as soon as possible. The shipping is tracked and covered for loss. In case you want to add extra insurance for damage please get in touch with me and I will find the best solution to do this.

Returns and refunds of originals & commissions are not possible. Should you require more information, other pictures or have any additional questions before buying an originals, feel free to reach out to me. I’m happy to help.

Prints

Prints are shipped worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated at the check-out when ordering a print.

Prints are packed in a clear sleeve, wrapped in a sheet of protective paper, and finally packed in a flat cardboard box to ensure their safety through transport. It can take 3-10 days for the print to be shipped out, although I try to process every order as soon as possible. The shipping is tracked and covered for loss. In case you want to add extra insurance for damage please get in touch with me and I will find the best solution to do this.

If you are unhappy with your print, please reach out to me latest 5 days after your package has arrived. To get a full refund you have to return the print in the same condition as it arrived. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and needs to make sure it is packed with the same safety measures as received. As soon as I have received the print and made sure it is in good conditions I’m happy to issue a full refund.
